Each elevator group or simplex car connects to Alpha Pulse through a dedicated Pulse Box installed at the jobsite. Faults and alarms are logged automatically and can be routed to the right person via notification the moment something needs attention. From the dashboard, designated individuals can also place car calls and hall calls remotely and lock out floors as needed, giving them direct control over the car.
For multi-site operators, Pulse plots every monitored jobsite on a live map, with detailed fault and alarm logs and performance data exportable into reports for review.
