While many components are covered under our standard warranty, certain small parts fall outside warranty coverage due to normal wear and tear or the terms of the original agreement. Note: Alpha Elevator Control's warranty covers up to 24 months from the date the controller was shipped from the factory and 12 months from the date the small parts was shipped from factory.

- Warranty is voided if the product is misused, abused, or damaged due to environmental disaster.
- Alpha Elevator Control does not offer repairs for its products, a replacement will be provided if covered under warranty.
